Le Dejeuner was originally created by Lee Mather & David Butler in 1991.

In 2018 sisters Terri & Jordi Wickham bought the business. Terri had been working for Lee & David in a senior role for the previous 14 years.

Terri is the Managing Director and runs the business day to day. Terri ensures that the food & service are of the highest of quality.
